Nerf arrived?

My Lurker tooltip says i only got 20% more dmg no more 60% and i have got no animations...is this now the nerf the pre nerf or what?!....nothing about this in patch notes?!!!

This build is set to go live at 7AM PDT on Thursday, August 1, 2013.

Gateway

Fixed an issue that could cause item tooltips to display in the lower left of the screen instead of over the item.
Fixed minor layout issues on the profession screen in some cases.
Fixed a minor issue with overlapping text that could occur when returning from inactivity.
Fixed an issue with Auction house searches not always working with some versions of Internet Explorer 8.


User Interface

The Dungeoneering skill and other powers with long names should now have better word wrapping in character creation.


Systems and Items

Fixed some enchantments and items not giving their proper stat bonuses.
Items purchased for Glory or Grym Coins can no longer be sold for Gold.
All types of Identification Scrolls will now be sellable on the Auction House.
Tomb Spider companion now has an updated character preview in the companions screen.
Frozen Power Transfer Feat: Fixed an issue where this could extend the duration of all other effects on the Control Wizard.


Professions

Changed the task name for Elegant Scale Shirt to Elegant Scale Pants
Alchemists have discovered a new more efficient way to make Aqua Vitae. Check your Rank 8 Alchemy tasks.


Content and Environment

Mephits that were spawning underground or outside playable areas in the Mt. Hotenow Firecatcher contest have been moved to more accessible locations.

    Hmm, I thought the nerfs to the rogue class was only on the test server, today's patch was on the LIVE server.

    Hmmm 20% , I guess I need to actually login to see, I hope thats not true.

    It has always shown that 20% and it increases 20% each time you put points into it....

    It's the same as it always has been, haven't actually tried it because I am still at work.

    Lurker's Assault no longer uses the black and white effect, so there was at least some kind of undocumented change.

    Ok so here are my two cents, stealth, perma-stealth, etc are not the problem. Trying to nerf or change the details of that are all useless and complicated to truly balance. Here is a very simple solution that still rewards skill and dedicated players without making stealth the godmode ez factor. How bout changing stealth DETECTION and enemy stealth AI. Suppose any enemy within 5 feet of a stealthed rogue still atks you?, suppose stealth detection in PVP was extended by a significant margin?. Oh and as for my 2 cents on cloud of steel it already behaves much like an encounter so why not make it one (thus breaking stealth when you use it) and give us a different and maybe useful at-will for PVE.

    They already nerfed the recharge of stealth last patch, so I wouldn't be surprised.

    The tooltips don't update based on the number of points you spend in the skill for some reason.
    Open up the powers tab and click on Lurker's Assault itself on the right hand side. That will tell you what the actual effects will be.

    That effect was awesome, and you could turn it off manually in the options.\\

    I can't stand not having the lurkers graphic, and after 2 cn runs with my rogue something else has changed somewhere cause my dmg is now in the crapper for some reason. Think it's maybe time to just retire the rogue all together, only got on him cause the guilds been losing rogues at an astounding pace lately.

    *walks out of room on other end, barely slowing down to step over the dead enemies*

    Hm... a bit more nerf would be nice. :p

    I am having a graphical issue with the Lurkers Assault daily.
    It used to be all Lord of the Rings shadow realm amazingness. Now I just turn into a lighter opacity of myself?
    Wtf is up with this? anyone else experiencing this issue? My graphics are all on ultra and high and all that. Like i said, it USED to work. do you think it has something to do with the upcoming nerfbat to LA?

    If they changed this because of people complaining how it looked? like wtf that is the dumbest cry of all...

    I to noticed the graphical change while using LA. But doesnt seem to affect dmg yet. I'm still getting 25-33k crits with LA/LB, and up to 19k with Impact Shot.

    I still dont really feel like this is going to affect rogues much. Even without LA, and "not" in stealth, LB is still good for 13k quite often, and impact shot is always good for 5-7k normal hits.

    The only affect I spose that will be noticeable is Duelists Furry. However I still dont believe its going to be as bad as what people are saying. Rogues are still going to be deadly in both pvp/pve setting, depending on the player skill and good rotations.
