Foundry will Crash / Not responding when loading

Foundry will Crash / Not responding when loading a new Quest option this is a major problem be cause i will have to go into my task manager and kill Neverwinter out of task.
This must be address this should not give a not responding message in task manager i would site there and wait for 3 min's or longer.
Only happens once in a while.
I have a AMD Phenom II x4 965 3.6GHZ No (OC) so this should not be the problem i play any thing else just fine on highest graphics with my Factory (OC) GTX 550TI 2Gb.
Mods move this to where ever you think is best.
