Looking for guild [Beholder]

What im looking for:
Looking for mature(seriously) and active guild. Under active i mean that quild may have few 100 people but normally theres only 20 same people playing. Little bigger activity % would be nice
Main for me:
Main for me is that its European guild, as im GMT +2(estonia, though theres no estonians guilds -.-). Not that important but would be nice if they would do some voice chat while gameing. PVP and PWE both and deffenetly a guild that does events.
Guild size dosent matter, i quess i like bigger guilds more.
About myself:
Im 21 years old. Got 4 accounts, 2 of them are 60's and tr has a stone.. dno if that even matters but yeh.. And uhm, been in Neverwinter since may
Im happy to make some videoing and make some youtube channels etc.. or great a website
