Brunnen des Lichts - Teil 1

Well, time for some English information after my quest got spotlighted in a German version yesterday.


You can play "Brunnen des Lichts - Teil 1" ID:NW-DMFKR9RPL without much trouble, it has all visble quest markers and a "golden path". Of course you will not understand the text but for the case you like to run the quest, some important information.


Each map has a difficulty slider via the first npc dialog.
You can choose between:
1. Easy-Medium (Leicht-Mittel) non stacked encounters, just keep an eye out for patrols.
2. Medium-Hard (Mittel-Schwer) stacked boss encounters, crypt map is even more difficult.


The are 2 "simple puzzles". For one you need to know, that one book pointed to a crest with 2 lion heads and you can help one enslaved ghost, after this he will not join the final fight.


The crypt has 3 Orb of Vision ("Kugel der Vision") hidden. You can find the first one when you enter the crypt. The start little timed events, nothing more then an animated sequence to show some events from the past. The work more or less, depends on player lvl and you can leave the area any time.....




What else, the quest is the first part of a campaign over 3 quest. The all start in Protector's Enclave. Story, one group from the merchant guild is gone missing. You are sent after them and if possible to help them to recover a lost map. You will find out things are not that easy and many powers that be have their own agenda.


I play a tiefling and really like the background for them, if you want a hint about the direction.



Anything else, hm. I play a "evil dungeon master", so watch your six and if you go with difficulty option Nr. 2, in some cases the are more then one way to beat an encounter. One example for the Chieftain (Haeuptling), the are 2 additional patrols crossing his spot, you can kill them without adds on the far side but if you chose the wrong side you will get adds. If you play this option (hard) at lvl 60, bring a friend with you or have a high GS ~10k. My CW can solo it but I recommended opton 1 (easy) for GF or DC......
