Dungeon Queue bug - null character

I joined random pub group and one of the members was DC'd. We waited a couple of minutes then decided to boot and waited for the queue system to replace him. This is when about every 2 seconds a player would pop in, have null under their name and then disappear. This happened for like 20 people.
We all stepped out of instance and back in and then we magically had our 5th player. Unfortunately, we were at tail end of DD when we went in. Exiting and re-entering we lost the DD chest. The group then disbanded because they couldn't handle not having a chest at end for them.
This happened in Karrundax, but I doubt that matters.
