I have 2 characters and Id like to send my poor character money but I cant figure out how to do it. I my rich char is Journey and my poor 1 is Trickster. So I sent it like this: Trickster@missanitee. I ended up sending it to myself. I cant figure this out. Trickster is the 1 i want to send to. missanitee is my name here on the forum. the 2nd problem I ran into was where do I put the money? all i see are boxes to send Items. Is there a walkthrough i can read?

    You can't send money.
You can send items and then sell them.

You can't send money itself, but you can have Journey buy the items that Trickster needs (potions, kits, even a horse!) and send the items through the mail. If you send it to Trickster@missanitee, the message will show up in both Journey's mailbox and Trickster's mailbox, so either one of them can take the items. Also, if Journey picks up anything that you want Trickster to take and sell, you can send that item to Trickster and then he/she can sell it to earn money that way.

If your talking about in game 'gold',
you can trade gold between players, just using the trade system, So if you have a friend or someone you can trust, you can trade gold to them, then log your other character and get them to trade it back to them..

Zen is available to all on the account so if its AD you want to send, just convert it into zen, using the Zen exchange, log your other character, use the zen exchnage again, but to convert the zen back into AD

Not just a horse, but mounts from the Zen-market too. Not sure why you would want to, as you could just buy it with the other char as the zen is account-based. But anyway, you can send Companions too - as long as you don't use them. Making the Idle won't work (I tried).

Also, I'm aaaalmost sure you can send Astral Diamonds too, but don't quote me on that. I just saw it in chat in Protector's Enclave, and you know how people are. I also saw one guy (he was serious! hehe) asking skinny females with big HAMSTER to join his guild. So don't pay too much attention to them. :p

That is a poor way to do it. Youll always loose a little AD in each exchange. There is a better way and its built into the zen exchange. Simply list your AD for a price that wont sell. 50 per Zen normally works. Then cancel the transaction. Instead of being returned to you, your AD will remain in the withdraw tab in the exchange. Once there, you can withdraw it with it character on that shard.

It is possible to share AD across shards with you method however, as Zen is not locked by shard

it is actualy the best way to do it, if you keep an eye on the exchange rates, which can change dramaticaly depending on wether its US or EU prime time or the lapse inbetween you can actualy make AD using the Zen exchange, in fact this is my primary way of making AD and i can make well over 500k AD per day quite easily, it only took me a couple of days watching the exchange rates to work out the best times to sell, and times to buy.

Using the Auction house is another way, but you have to remember that the auction house does take a 10% cut from all sales, which is just giving AD away

Not everyone has the time to watch the exchange like a hawk. Not everyone wants to wait for rates to be perfect to trade AD. Im simply suggesting a way that has no risk, no cost, no fees, and can be done anytime you wish. Regardless of market action that day.

    Why?

I mean, have the game developers / designers explained why this "bug" / "feature" hasn't been fixed yet.
