Gate Crashers skirmish turn in bug!

OK, so I had to complete the Gate Crashers skirmish 3 times. I did it and it said Complete the Gate Crashers Skirmish 3 times. (3/3) and not Talk to Rhix. It doesn't let me turn in the quest so I can reclaim my reward. I tried completing it for a 4th time... nothing! The same message. I read that I'm not the only one here with that bug, but the dude posted about it in the General Discussion forum.

    Wow, this is an old bug. This happened to two of my toons when leveling. The first time was during the first x2 AD weekend. It'll never be fixed and you'll never get your AD back. I waited 3 weeks for a non-response to the bug. Just abandon it and level up.

    Yeah, I AM leveling, but I just keep the quest in my journal. Ah, well then... It's not such big of a problem, but it's not cool.

    OOOK, JUST happened again! I finished the daily dungeon and it too will NOT let me turn-in the quest for the AD reward! Annoying!
