I believe I'm using the 5x5x5 invisible "wall" (cube) successfully?
Which 5x5x? invisible wall is it -- and are you sure you know where the center-point is on it?
The center point varies among the invisible walls between a bottom corner, center of a bottom edge, and dead center.
[Which, by the way, is a royal pain in the a** to work with since there is no visible and/or declared center-point]
Edit: Nope, I'm using a 10'x10'x'10 cube. I did notice, however, that the centerpoint on the 5'x5'x1' wall is in the center of a corner on the 1' edge and the 5'x5'x5' wall (cube) has a centerpoint in the middle of a 5'x5' surface.
Thanks for the added info, Eldarth. I'll keep my eye out for more info about the 5x5 invisible wall, and I'll pass on the feedback for better manipulation of invisible objects in the Foundry.

And not just invisible objects. :-) Things like teleporters and walls and even some floors I believe vary between it being at the bottom of the graphic or at the top (floor level). Some way of displaying the center point in the mini 3-d preview window would help a lot I think.
Is the "5x5 invisible wall" you mention an object in the Foundry?
Yes Foundry. Sorry for not getting back to you on this but the foundry was crashing a lot and I am just now giving it another chance.
It is listed as Invisible Wall 5x5x1 in the library, and text describes it as 2x5x6.
It would be useful to eliminate structure or environment cracks that may cause players problems. The larger invisible walls have to be worked around in some areas and can just aggravate the issue..
This should be in the foundry part of the forums I imagine.

How are you trying to use it?
