Questions about Guilds

Heyas,

I've been thinking about creating a guild, but have some questions that I haven't been able to find the answers to. Does anyone know:

1. Is there a character limit for the name of the guild?

2. I know you create a guild with five party members including yourself - is there a minimum number of people who must stay in the guild for it to not disband or dissolve?

3. If there IS a minimum number, is there a grace period, at all?

4. Can guild names be changed later at all?

I might have other questions, but those are the ones I can think of right now. Any and all help appreciated!

    1 DON'T KNOW.. I've seen some fairly long ones though. Remember it will display over players' heads. Keeping it short is best, if you ask me. 'NamesX of Whatever123' would certainly be short enough.
    2 Yes. ONE. =)
    3 N/A - Only need one.
    4 Yes. Not sure if it costs, but have seen some change fairly often.
