Rubberbanding after the latest patch

Just this morning, I logged on for a bit after a patch was downloading, and I experienced some lag/rubberbanding issues. Is this a result of the patch, or did I just have a poor connection?

    I have had this too, mainly in Enclave, but also after just zoning into a new area also, it is definatly nothing to do with conection or lag.
    Last time it was bad it was put down to a 'memory leak' bug in the last patch, and has happened quite afew times after new patches, so obviously somthing they have no idea at all how to fix or what causes it, otherwise it would have been sorted out a long long time ago

    if i can even get into PE, I can't do ANYTHING :(
