Divine Cleric - Cannot get Linked Spirit to Proc

Divine Sunburst, Healing Word (divine & regular), Bastion etc.

I cannot see the proc on my character.

    Are you in a party? I remember I used to be able to use it anywhere there were lots of people and get obscene stat boosts, but then after a patch doing that gave me nothing. It seems you need to be healing a party member, which doesn't include yourself (it does say ally).

    I just tested it on myself, but thank you for that info. =) I will test again shortly.

    Thanks, keep us updated if the power appears to be malfunctioning! If the tooltip isn't clear about requiring a party member, that's good feedback too.
