Funny i can keep the debuff up on a target 100 % of the time with one CC rotation i can keep up up on multiple people with Tab steal time and 3 stacks at that while granting combat advantage and plague fire debuffs even in pugs. Yes HV is a fantastic support set and single target DPS set any way My ice knife tends to hit harder with HV.

You aren't keeping 100% uptime on drago. For that fight as a single CW, shadow weaver will work out better. Have both sets as I keep saying.

First off i was not talking from PvE standpoint i was talking PvP second shadoweaver is the most screwed up CW set this game has they keep breaking it so its reliability is shot right there also i believe atm its broken and has some kinda 1.38 second Internal CD

We're talking pve for the most part. In pvp I wouldn't use 4 pieces of either set as you can combine some non set pieces and hit near armor pen cap while still having 38% crit chance.

Honestly I rarely have issues keeping my SW set proc up.

There is really no such thing as ArP cap in PvP.
Check out my personal Nerf Proof T2 Thaumaturge Build.

I ran 2p SW 2p Champion for pvp for a while, with 30% crit and about 1100 arp (tenebrous build w/30k hp). I switched to 4p HV, which dropped my crit and arp down to horrible levels, and cost me about 1500 hp as well. Why would I do that you may ask? Because the only class we can't really do damage to is GWFs, and the 4p HV bonus w/tabbed RoE brings them into the realm of being killable........almost.

Are you implying you run tab steal time in PvP? I hope not.
