So there are two other games of Perfect World, which in my opinion have a perfect system of instances (dungeons). In Battle of Immortalns and War of the Immortals u can do a instance limited number of times per day. Essentially u can do it whenever you want.
What do you think about the introduction of this system to NWO? Delete Dungeon Delves and let the players to open final boss chest like 6 times per day.
Benefits:
- you are no longer a prisoner of Dungeon Delves time
- you are no longer loosing your chest drop if u can't be online during the Dungeon Delves time (school, work, etc.)
- no DD means no rush in dungeon
- no DD time means no weird pre-clears and problematic relogs
- no DD means, that you are not forced to make a dungeons with randoms if one of your friends is offline, u can just wait for him and still got your chest drop
- no DD means, that if you have to quit the game or any member of group have to quit in the middle of dungeon, u dont lose your chest drop
- and many other benefits
Disadvantages:
- some of players are able to open more than 6 chest during Dungeon Delves events per day now, but to be honest, they can achieved it by a number of bugs and exploits
sorry for my english if something is unclear

Seems like good arguments to abolish the DD system in favour of one where, say, you get a special reward for the first Dungeon you run per day. You can still run more Dungeons but then you just get the usual rewards.
EDIT: Just realised that WOW effectively implement a similar system.
