TR - Impossible to Catch - BUG

Using the TR skill Impossible to Catch at the same time as being stunned does not apply the Impossible to Catch buff and also puts the skill on cooldown.

Eg. Using Impossible to Catch at the same time as being knocked down by a GWF will cause this.

    Please, address this issue. It skews PvP mechanics

    Impossible to Catch wasn't granting any kind of CC immunity in PvE when I was playing on my rogue last. Specifically triggering ITC once the Draco in CN started his wing buffet but before it dealt damage, I was still knocked around by it.

    But the Draco's wing buffet - along with almost every other attack he has - is currently bugged in other ways. So it's hard to say.
