For me:
- Telling stories
- Only residual source of AD income in game
- ???
- I've been doing a lot more PVP on my GWF. Many of the games, my team/ opponents say thanks or generally say pretty funny things depending how the match is going
- Responding to daily foundry tells in Protector's Enclave to join Bill runs
TL;DR: a good way to tell stories and great epeen opportunities

So I can pretend to be a big shot game developer. But without all the limo rides, naughty pool parties, trips to the Caymans, etc. That's how game devs roll right? ;-)
It really is that simple.
PM feedback means more to me than ratings for very obvious reasons. And while I am happy with my quests so far (especially the improvement from Pt1 to Pt3) I know they are not up there with the Foundry-Stars output.
But I got to tell a story. And so far I have around 700 plays across my quests, that's a bigger audience than I managed as a TTRPG DM.

But the best part of the Foundry is sharing -- exploring the adventures that other Authors have created, and feeling the satisfaction of others having fun in mine.
1. I love to build sh-t! I love creativity and the opportunity to create something out of nothing then run around in it.
2. I love stories and like the way we get the opportunity to not only tell a story but create different ways for the player to see that story unfold.
3. I like to make things work together - i love being able to tell one thing to do something when some other thing happens... makes me happy!
4. I love lights! I love the way we can set a tone using all the cool lighting options.
5. I love being able to publish my finished work and have the opportunity for others to enjoy it.
6. I love running around in my first quest, realizing how much i've learned to date ;o)
7. I love the NW-Foundry chat people. Some of the most helpful and inspiring folks around.
8. ... i know there's more.
Thanks,

All the things listed here is pretty much why I have 6 quests out there. The only thing stopping me from having 7 and 8 (the conclusion of the campaign) is the lack of desired assets, namely real bosses or even just more solo elites, (particularly caster types) and dragons.
I'm old school PnP table top DM and I cannot end my campaign without a dragon encounter. I owe the player base at least that much for their continued and awesome support for my quests. I want my campaign to end with a big dose of awesome sprinkled with some holy HAMSTER.
But today in particular, I'd say my favorite parts are the happy accidents that happen along the way, and the new possibilities they reveal.
