I see it as an option on the character creation screen.
Not working out for me. I've purchased the Knight of the Feywild pack, but the "Knight of the Feywild" title doesn't show up in the User CP/Permission Group. Logging in and out does not seem to have been of any help.
Same goes for NeverwinterPreview. The Moon Elf race isn't available to me at Character Creation. I have the Drow/Menzoberranzan Rogue from the Hero of the North pack, but nothing else beyond that. In-game, my character only has access to the Hero of the North gear from the Reclaim NPC.
I'd surmise all of the above means that my purchase was not properly applied to my account (minimum, I should have access to the forum title) so I tossed a report over to Consumer Service.

Made a polite, detailed request of it to CS, but got lazy platitudes about the expansion's launch date in return. Doesn't even feel they did more than skim what I wrote.
Tried again. Maybe if I insist they'll get it. Or actually give me a response that indicates they did more than skim/copy-paste. Don't see why I should settle for enjoying less than other people when I invested just as much money as they have, launch date or no. I wouldn't fret about the test environment, it being a test server, but the forum title ISN'T on a test server and was available on purchase to other users.
edit: there, that was better.
Apparently a flow process was not completed during the purchase, and I was forwarded to the billing team.
From the way this sounds, maybe labeling this request from the beginning as "Missing Item" might not have been such a good idea.

Okay, the billing team contacted me and said that they could see my purchase was confirmed, but that the product had not been applied to my account.
There was a webpage when the Checkout was being finished which finalized the purchase, and after a bit of waiting I got the following message:
Transaction Pending
If you recenly made a purchase, your transaction is still pending. Once it is approved, you will receive an email at your_email@email.com to finalize your transaction.
(your_email@email.com is a placeholder)
Except I never got the e-mail. They gave me a link to attempt this again, but the result was the same with no confirmation e-mail in my inbox (or spam folder) to finalize said transaction. So, I asked them if there was another way of completing said purchase.
I'm wondering if the people sharing this problem might not be the same 'minority' that had a problem accessing the PWE support page. If so, that connection could lead to understanding how the problem could be on the billing frontend of the site.

Yep I'm still waiting, they said that its all fine but it clearly is not, so I am now waiting for a 2nd reply that I fear will never come.
The money has come out of my Bank according to my online banking, and I have a conformation email as well.

How are people submitting this? I've submitted a couple tickets but never hear back. Never had any issues before but I'm finally seeing what people have been saying regarding the crappy customer service...
I went through the Support link at the header over the top of the webpage.
Then on the Support Center page, I clicked the "Contact Us" tab, and then filled in the info on the problem I was experiencing through a form on the next page. In hindsight, the category "Billing Support" was apparently the most contextually correct, and you probably ought to tell them that you have purchased the product, but that it was never applied to your account due to a non-email confirmed transaction pending; then you ask them if it is possible to manually credit it to your account.
If you use the website form, you'll probably get a quick answer since it'll go directly to the people that need to cover your issue. Alternatively, you can also send a ticket via e-mail (pwe1@mailmw.custhelp.com), but that's probably going to be a slower process.
I have same problem, I bought the pack 1 week ago but I can't change my Title. I don't have that permissions option in the CP.

Hope they solve this before it launches, I've had to write another ticket now as no reply for a few days, really disheartening.
I have been back & forth a couple times on my ticket now and CS just is not getting it. I've tried to explain it even further based on replies in this thread, so hopefully it gets resolved soon. With the speed of their customer service, hopefully it gets resolved by 8/22.
Those of you with this issue - did you use Paypal or Skrill. I used Skrill...just curious if the error is specific to packs bought through them. Thanks!

if you notice in both examples one of money-brokers (which I assume is skrill) and mine was paypal and as you can see now it did get resolved but again I PHONED them during there open hours and talk to them directly VIA voice. telephone at [URL="tel:1-888-344-4478"]1-888-344-4478[/URL] (phone hours are 10am to 7pm PST). just use Skype with a mic if you can't call 800 numbers free. which anyone in North America can call 800 Numbers for free. i had to log out of the game (for moon elf)and website (for title) to gain access once it was applied.

The entire event has left a sour taste in my mouth at this point. Not sure I will be buying another pack, I've brought 3x Hero of the north packs and 3x Guardian packs in the past and now 1x Knight of wild pack. And to get the run around by support that just are not supporting is fairly frustrating.
I have very little faith it will even get solved at this point. And even if it does its taken so long to sort out such a simple issue, but I guess they've taken the money out of my bank so they can take all the time they want.

No luck getting through yet, keep getting a pre-recorded message about their hours then it disconnects me. Did billing take the day off today? Not even a voicemail option, their system is very unhelpful and is a poor representation of their company (I should know I work with customer support).
EDIT: I also can't reach the support page. Chrome gives a 'redirect loop' error and IE gives a page cannot be displayed error so I can't file a ticket either.

So I finally called them yesterday, it took an hour of Hold time but once I got through the rep was actually amazingly helpful. He confirmed it was on the account, escalated it to their tech guys, took over the ticket that I had been sending back and forth with the online CS, and....as you can see by my forum title.....fixed it! I suggest if your still having issues definitely call them directly during their open hours, they will get it fixed for you.

Just checked my CP area, and i dont have the "Knight of the feywild" attached to my account also... Just my guardian and hero of the north...
So they've taken the money from my bank and not given me anything?
Try logging out and back in. Knight of the Feywild showed up for me then.
