Any reason for CHA now?

I was building my rogue as a balanced rogue. I was going to end up with 20 STR, 20 Dex, and 20 Cha at level 60. With the proposed changes to Lurkers Assault, At-Wills draining stealth, and DF stacks is there reason to bother with CHA? I was liking my balance but LA will really need a high Crit Chance to be worth using.

So are all rogues pretty much +STR/+DEX with each level up now?

    pretty much. CHA greatest use was combat advantage that we had from stealth, but since at wills will deplete stealth bar, you will remain on stealth for like......1 df? maybe less? and unless you can refill it fast your combat advantage went all on a single lashing blade, or a single impact shot, or a single at will rotation. I say focus str and leave cha for when the devs recover their senses and fix the stealth that they destroyed.
