as gwf u can reduce def a lot 45% with feat and 45% with g plaguefire gem which everyone say u must have so this is 90% def debuff and enemy then have 10% of his total def left which u ignore with basic ap from con 4-6% ,sry for bad eng but i see so much ppl saying to gwfs to stack ap.

But arp can go into negative, which translates to direct dmg upgrade
Actually ArP can never bring a target's DR into the negatives. Other debuffs however, like Student of the Sword, Ray of Enfeeblement, etc...get applied AFTER ArP and can bring the DR into the negatives. So short answer, ArP up to the 24% is a flat dps boost to ANY class no matter what debuffs they have.

dont think so if debuffs remove def target have very low resistances and then no use of 20%+ap basic from con is more then enough and def cant go to negative how much i know
