Does Gvorp even work?

I just transferred my Greater Vorpal off my cw to my tr who was using a lesser, and I did not notice any difference in dmg at all. Not only that I went back on my cw and went to the dummies and my damage was the same?!? Does vorpal work at all lol? Has it all been a placebo effect? Put it on and you trick yourself into thinking your doing more damage? I just burned two hours testing and 500k in unbinding enchants and I cannot tell a difference in damage.
