Neverwinter pack hero of the north not recognised?

If an admin could answer or fix this i would realy appreciate. I just happen to have hero of the north since a while ago and id like to set my title in the forum but i do not know how. Is it some kind of bug or something? when i go to check my purchase the site tells me i DO NOT have hero of the north while clearly in game my rogue is a lvl 60 drow and i have a spider mount with the panther leveled to 30

    I have pretty much the same issue. I received the items, they fixed the forum title for me today, but I still don't have the in game titles. (Have all the items though).

    your forum title still say PWE user :P

    You don't have to use the titles on the forums once it is unlocked. It is changed by selecting group permissions in the User CP.

    Does anyone have the trouble with buying Neverwinter Hero of the North Pack and it not merging with the account?
    Bought it last night,..no items, extra character slot, drow race..nothing

    well something has changed then, as i don't see group permissions anywhere, under any setting in user CP

    I paid the 200.00 dollars for the Hero of the North Founders Pack to the advertisement in good faith. The entry says completed on my account. My character has gone through the tutorial and checked the gift agent and postal and nothing. I even sent in notices to support without an answer. Please fix this please.

    I had the same issue, posting on here for a mod to notice does work - or try mailing one direct.
