    They fixed one of the bugs dealing with them, but there are still other bugs. Namely not working with all necklaces/belts and not working on items that companions are wearing.

    The one I have socketed seems to be working. Due to the prior bug about not stacking I have not socketed any others.
    The right to command is earned through duty, the privilege of rank is service.

    they also dont work with rings, at least with the Seal of the Executioner
