Based on the true story of Bruce Lee's mentor.
In the last great war, one man dared to defy an empire.

Dedicated to Dzogen, who requested that I make this.
You'll have to subscribe to see it.

So I thought this quest had some promise... the most interesting mechanic to me was when you needed to escape town with IP.

The first scene where you just watch fighting is a little long and unnecessary (I like the idea, but I couldn't see the fight at all through the bars). I'd like to see some character development of iP man and plot development. Like isn't he the most bad *** wing chun artist efver in the world?

What if you started out as a lowly peasant and you had to train with him, or slowly work your way up to see him. Then he is betrayed or a rival gang hurts him and you guys have to escape. I don't know, just brainstorming.

Anyway, thanks for the dedication...appreciate the quest :)

Mainly I wanted the quest to start out with the infamous line, "Give me ten of them!" Forcing the player to peer through the bars to see the fight was an idea I lifted directly from the movie, as you probably remember that's what the Chinese coal miners had to do since they were locked in that narrow hall behind bars.. I referenced Leung Bik, and also Dr. Leung Jan if you check the Wing Chun Dit Da Jow's description in your inventory before you use it. It's the same Dit Da Jow I use for my Mook Jong training, made from 25 different herbs, invented by Dr. Leung Jan, the father/sifu of Ip Man's sifu, Leung Bik. Dr. Leung Jan supposedly won over 300 duels and never lost. This quest would probably be hated by most as it's not D&D, or even medieval fantasy. I knew you'd appreciate it though being a fellow Wing Chun man and all, so I made it upon your request. Glad you enjoyed it. :D

Disclaimer: You can't really heal gun-shot wounds with Wing Chun Dit Da Jow. That was a joke. If you get shot, go to the hospital, don't just rub some Jow on it. :p

Hah, I have to play through this with that attention to detail. (Though might be some turth to what dzogen says, maybe shorten it a little bit. Mind haven't played it yet, but I will!)

The quest's average duration is 3 minutes. It isn't that long. lol
