Did they do something about GS after the latest patch?

Since no one is answering me in the chat in Neverwinter. I would like to ask here if they did something about Gear score after the latest patch. My GS decreased by 1k after the latest patch.

    I noticed an occasional bug where my GS dips about 1000K lower for some reason, but I have no reason what causes it. Relogging eliminates it, but I don't think it's much of an issue anyway.
