Character Problem and Frequent Disconnections

All is going well until recently (this started 2 - 3 days ago) that every time my character is logged in, I always get a notification that I level'd up. Like similar to someone who did a respec. Everything is lagging really hard like NPCs and other people teleports when they move for 30 seconds and If I ever try to check my Skills and Feat tab my game would crash. So I figured that I have to wait 30 seconds or more before doing anything. After that, everything will go back to normal or so I thought. Everytime I get into a group and queued for a dungeon I get "]server not responding" while being teleported. When I try to log back in, the game would freeze on "retrieving character list" so I have to force shut it. Now when I rerun the launcher I always get "Trying to update the launcher" and then "]Unable to establish connection to patch server"
Everything will work again after 10 mins or so, but the cycle would repeat once I tried to join a group and enter a dungeon. Please help.
I can confirm that I dont have any problem on my internet connection.
