Can't enter Protector's Enclave structures?

I recently published a foundry quest that begins in the Driftwood Tavern. While I, my husband, and one other reviewer didn't have any trouble with it, one person wrote in the review trades page that they couldn't enter the tavern no matter what they did. It sounds like a cryptic-side bug, and I was wondering if this happens often enough that I should move the start of the quest.
If anyone would mind testing it to see if they have problems, the quest ID is NW-DII4PH37S. I'm not asking for the quest to be finished and reviewed, but, if you have time, just try to start the thing and then mention if you were able to get in or not.
