Wait, really? What slot does it go into? Neck?

Body. It actually doesn't look too bad, especially since I used it as clothing until I had items with better stats than +2 defense.

How to rectify this situation is much easier than you think. Throw us a bone people. Make us feel good about our purchase! Give us a custom race we can use. Fix the weapon to be more useful. Something to make it feel like our money was well spent. We did what many won't do. We put real $$ in your account. All of these new packs are let's face it better than what we paid 59$ for and they are the same price.

In a perfect world (pun intended) you would have not added new packs, you would have added items to the existing packs to make them more desirable. This would have shown us paying customers that we mean something to you and that you appreciate our business. Rather than say screw you guys, we want someone elses money.. we already got yours so stfu and go away.

The sad fact of the modern F2P market place is that greed gets to roam with its fangs out, raw and savage. If you bought a pack then you got a pack and that’s the end of it I am afraid to say.

Many people who still pine for the halcyon days of subscription games miss the feeling that their payment mattered, that buying something entitled them to some say and some respect by the company. But in this model you are just a dollar amount that disappears the next month. Unless you continually give them your money at their obscene rates you are really no better than a free player.

You get what you pay for. And once you have paid for it you are of no further interest. Enjoy your pack, the next one is unrelated and you are just another customer who will have to buy it.

Now if you were to blow hundreds of dollars a month on Zen, AD, Enchants, Mounts, Pets, Companions and Items, then you wouldn’t notice your own inconsequentiality. Or perhaps you would feel it even more keenly. I don’t honestly know.

Perhaps someone could chime in. Does spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars in this game make you feel more special? Help give the OP some perspective.

The problem is on that it should be a fashion item.. Not armor ;( It has no stats at all on it. So why is it armor? Like I said.. worthless lol.

Let me reiterate for all those not reading. We did NOT get what we paid for. Our free respec tokens were VANISHED when the game went live. The free respec token EVERYONE got over wrote ours. That is a "services not rendered as promised" situation. The rest are gripes of how the founder pack is inferior to other packs and I have every right to feel this way. You do not have the right to tell me how I should or should not feel.
    A beautiful death awaits you...
