1) it`s not pay to win, but pay to be lazy.
people crying about it are too lazy to play for the astral diamonds and then blame on the ones who actualy support the game by paying.

#1 - Faster mounts means more mobility, more caps. Pay to win. Pay for an expensive mount, you get an advantage in PvP. SOLUTION: remove mounts from all PvP

#2 - You get points for capping nodes, you don't get points for defending nodes. Huge problem, with huge consequences. SOLUTION: give points for capping and defending.

#3 - Classes in PvP are not balanced. SOLUTION: not sure

I will not be returning to Neverwinter until said issues are addressed. #3 I can understand, but not the others.

Ok nothing is pay 2 win in this game but lets go threw what you mentioned.

1- faster mounts- this was annoying for me as a PvPer its all I do but after about a week I farmed enough to buy the tarumalune trade bar mount then a couple days latter I got a Heavy Inferno Nightmare from a box so now I have 2 sexy mounts to use in PvP. I didn't buy them. I also since then have gotten 2 Inferno mounts and sold for 600-700k each. If you love PvP this is important and you should farm and save up for a mount to be competitive that is all. Its part of your gear.

2- Honestly more pts should be awarded for kills and assists. Its DOMINATION not capture the base. Basses should award less pts. 200. Kills should be 75 assist maybe 30. Also you do get pts for defending a base when you kill them you get 50 pts for the kill and 100 pts for base defender. I get at least 1,000 pts a match for defending so it is fine actually.

3- Well they need to release Paragon paths like in Beta. We still are in Beta PvP. I don't think PvP has been released yet. What we have now is a scrimmage to display what the game is capable of but we don't have actual PvP yet. They need to release a PvP module with 5 maps and larger and all Domination needs to be made into 10v10. Then do more titles gear, items and a PvP season that awards mounts ranking and some Arena.

Well I love PvP and we don't have it yet. I do a good 20 matches a day and have fun and all the PvP titles but hopefully they release some actual content for PvP. As I said I guess enjoy never coming back to the game because 1 and 2 are perfectly fine except to tweak the award pts on 2. If you can't farm a fast mount then I don't know why you are gaming in the first place. Its only 700k AD if you want to buy one I would suggest doing the DD and PvP and selling glory for 1 week till you get a mount. Its honestly not that hard.

I would have to say Chambermancer hit the major points better then the OP. Gear differences between teams is insane. People stacking Ten enchants, rank 8's vs someone who just hit 60 is just a blood (pixel?) bath. As well as the fact there is a constant onslaught of Crowd Control. You can literally lose control of your character for a good period of time which in pvp is unacceptable.

The queue matching system would fix plenty of the problems if it went by gear. This way it would allow those who enjoy PVP so much that want to stack their character to the max to fight others of the mindset so they can get their 'great' matches on that they want. This will leave those who just want to knock out the daily and/or want to learn PVP not to get frustrated beyond belief because they literally get one shotted while trying to accomplish the task. The major thing is the learning curve this will help with. Many people will give up on PVP (and have due to being unable to accomplish anything in pvp) if they don't have a chance to learn. This will help bring more PVPers to the scene if they have a chance to learn rather then be slaughtered.

There will always be an imbalance. I see domination as a team play rather than 1vs1 so if you are off trying to fight someone all alone then well, I can't help you there.

I think altering Glory would help. Many PVE'ers only do Domination for the AD. They could care less about the Glory. Perhaps those at the starting brackets (Fresh 60's, Low Geared, PVE'ers, etc) get less Glory per battle, win or lose. Those at the higher brackets get more Glory due to their experience earned through PVP? This will give incentive for those who wish to pvp to work up a ranking system to not only earn more but possibly titles they can buy with HAMSTER amount of Glory? Or hell, just add a ranking system in all together so the PVPers can destroy eachother, new players can learn and work their way up, and PVE'ers can learn to PVP or just get their AD and leave.

Multiple Personas, only 'One' me
"Why should one devolve themselves to try and entertain those of a lesser mindset around them?"
