Charisma and Companion bonus stats not working at all

Neither is the "Augmentation effects" under the Ioun Stone of Allure. It just restates how much total power, recovery, etc, the companion has. If equipted with an Eldritch, the eldritch stats are not taken into account on the "Augmentation Effects" area of the companion screen, which to me seems like it should so the summoning bonus with both Eldritch and CHA companion bonus taken into account.
However, Eldritch bonuses are working properly, which can be figured out/checked by looking at your Character's buff amounts under each specific stat (ie, press 'C').
Using this number crunching, I have found that the CHA part of the stat bonus is totally missing. I should be getting 8.5% from my eldritch (which I am), along with 13% from my CHA, which I am not.
If someone was stacking, say, 1300 of one stat type on a Stone of Allure, with eldritch rank 7 you would get 1411 or so (bonus from eldritch is 110.5). With the companion bonus, you should get 1580 (from a bonus of 279.5).
That means because this CHA stat boost isn't working, with 1300 in a stat you're missing out on 169 stat.
