Please fix the guild mail already

They has been number of people who are in guilds with leadership who are still unable to send guild mail, and this is also true in Star trek which uses the same chat/mail system, please get this fixed ASAP its making guild organisation more difficult than it needs to be.

    Guilds that cannot communicate are not good for business. This worked until a couple patches ago and has been broken far too long. FIX THIS
