There is two bug that occur with my DD run. Firstly before the last phase of the boss commence i was standing near the side but not dangerously close, the boss spawn where i was standing and instantly knock me and my ally into the lava causing us to wipe. I feel this need to be fix because the boss spawn point is random and this might instantly kill the DPS making the fight alot harder.
The second bug occur after we wipe and proceed to fight the boss. After the first platform is down and the boss spawn when the other rogue and i step onto the platform that the boss is at we drop down under the platform into the lava while the visual of the platform is clearly there. Please look into both the issues and make the necessary fix.

-2nd boss can get stuck inside the gate when attacking him there... somehow gets crammed between the gate while attacking and cannot move, but still be attacked.
-Final boss platform allows players to fall between the pieces and die. Usually happens at the very beginning.
-Final boss platform piece is there, but acts like it is not and allows players to fall to their death (same issue as OP stated).
Both bugs have been around since Alpha actually (October, 2012 was first noted) and have never been resolved/fixed.
