Sorry if this has been answered, but has the 2 piece set bonuses for the GWF Titan's and Imposing Scrapper been nerfed and have the ones that already had the set been grandfathered in to the old set bonuses?

    He was probably looking at them with a sub-60 character (they appear to scale downward if you're under 60)

    That must be it. Didn't realize that when you looked at it with a sub-60 that it appeared differently. Thank you for the clarification.
