First it is quite obvious that the person posting this thread and those who agree with that said person have no concept or idea that a person or persons whose job it is to make, say a game asset is not a debugger as thats not the same job. I could break this down and go into more detail but feel as Would be like teaching monkeys to use tools. An assembly line worker puts on part on the machine he is great at doing this but does not know how to fix the whole machine which is why you take the machine to a tech whose job it is to look at the machine as a whole and find as to why the parts are not working together.
I never said reassign employees to something they're not good at, I simply said choose what's highest priority to you...bugs or content.
Cryptic can then use the information to determine where they need to beef up staff...I thought it might help them focus, cause right now, there is no focus and they're all over the board trying to save a drowning game.
