Testing abilities: Devastating Shroud

I have a relatively small sample size, but so far I've noticed no difference in crit chance or severity using this feat and in my testing, the average is actually lower with Devastating Shroud.

Does anyone else have some testing or know of another resource that discusses the feats?

    what are you going to kill after killing the target your suppose to kill within 6 seconds?
