a Mod closed the first thread.
as the poster just before the mod closed it stated.
I also am having this problem.
( the issue may have been resolved a month ago, but it has started to happen again, this is NOT a necro thread since it's a new thread, but since it is SAME ISSUE, I would think useing same thread would be preferable, to opening a new one )

edit to add: I may have 10 toons used, but I still have 3 avalable toon slots, so no slots can't be the problem.
