We need a better instance queue!

I'm tired of doing a zone then finally getting the instance quest and its no longer in my instance queue! i mean what the heck? what's the point of doing all the quest that put you slightly higher than the recommended instance queue only to finally get the instance quest and not be able to queue? so i think it would be a good idea to put all dungeons in the queue and just unlock them at certain lvls or have it appear in the queue when you get to the min lvl recommendation? something i mean if your gona have a queue don't just take the dungeon out once you hit a certain lvl it only defeats the point of the queue

Go to zone.
Ask for a group for dungeon.
Enter dungeon manually with group.
...
Profit

Doesn't work with skirmishes though
