Post Patch Sounds issues

pre-patch, i ran volume at 45% and music, fx, notifications were easily heard. Now after patch, am at 100% and things like FX can not be heard and music is barely audible.

edit: just tested quest audio. no voice over at all. right now all i hear is the general background noise in PE.
