Party lead bug

I have 4 friends that we play every night together. We typically use the que system to find our 5th. The bug comes in when that 5th person is always made the party lead. Not some of the time, not most of the time, but 100% of the time, that fifth person becomes our party lead.

This cant possibly be intended...

    Well, if its supposed to be random then it should bloody be random. I would like to hear from a Rep about whether this is intended or not. Thanks!
