Smoke and Web

So I noticed that on some mounts I've seen, there is a web that falls down on you if you have a spider mount, or a smoke if you have a horse. At first I thought that this was only for Zen mounts, but when I saw a normal mount having that smoke feature, I got confused. My mounts don't do that. So is it just Zen, or is it for all mounts?

    If you look close enough, you'll see horse <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> hit the ground as you step in it summoning the 5g mounts.
