Should i enchant ARP or Critical on my Timeless set?

I am pretty much doing dungeons and PVP itself just wondering which might be more optimal to enchant on my
offensive slot

    ArP as you have CRT from set & Rings/Neck/Belt

    From what I have seen, Armor Penetration tends to work a lot better for GF's.
    The right to command is earned through duty, the privilege of rank is service.

    I thought the armor pieces were all defense and utility rune slots?

    i am already equip with Greater plaguefire. Do you think its good if i slot critical since plaguefire does 15% def reduction?

    Arpen is still more efficient. I owned even GF with it, try it you won regret. Some defense are just ****ty too high! But My shots are like naked shots to them :D
