I did a search on google about a possible simulator status character up to level 60, I did not, someone knows?
wanted to see if it is possible to get 24 STR and 20 DEX with my GWF as a human (not like orcs)

You get, IIRC, +1 to 2 stats at levels 10, 20, 40, and 50. You get +1 to all stats at levels 30 and 60. So, you can give 2 stats a total of +6 at level 60, and others get +2.

Can you give a advice for starter rolls?
Well, I believe someone else totaled up the points, and found that a roll w/ more evenly distributed stats gives more total points, overall. So, if your main objectives are to get a 24 STR and a 20 DEX, then all you need is one with an 18 STR and 14 DEX...
