Making a "Dead Body" any help?

I have made a new foundry quest and part of it I want to inspect a sacrifice, young maiden type thing.

I created an NPC and used dead body contact but after you inspect she stands up then falls down again, the interact with object story wont show NPC's as clickable so I had to use a dialogue..

Is there a way to make her stay dead or is there another way around it?

The quest is

NW-DHDW7UT5C.

This also happens with an earlier NPC but he was sick anyway and drops down dead in quite a dramatic way after the dialogue ends..

Thanks for your help

You can use a invisible clicky instead of the body and place it over / near the body. Or use a sack / weapon as the click point.

Do NOT make the body interactable, use something else. Add an invisible detail of some sort, a blood spatter etc.
also make sure that nothing appears right near the body's collision zone as that will trigger the stand and die anim too.

Ahh of course now why didn't I think of that?

Now all I need is for the foundry to be up then I can make the changes

    Thanks

I'm gonna make use of that in my next spoof, Dude, where's my pig. I like the idea of a dead person talking to you.

You can also simply use dialogue for interaction with a dead body, then set the NPCs animations to lay down. That's what I've used so far, though an invisibly clicky might be the better option.
