Wireless device lag.

Just got a new computer! But now my wireless keyboard & mouse lag horribly. (Logitech K350 & M510) Any ideas what might be causing it? Does a new computer take a while to download all the files and be familiar with Protector's Enclave? I have LoS, it is a USB3 slot (should still work?) but USB 2.0 device (USB 2.0 slot is under a grill on top (Potenza). This also lags on Guild Wars 2.
