NPC shops selling the wrong item

Every so often, the Consumable Merchant will sell me Major Injury Kits instead of Potions of Major Healing and vice-versa. Never felt like this was a big deal, because gold isn't that hard to find if you know how to get it.
Just a few minutes ago, though, the Gauntlgrym merchant sold me a Champion Mage's Tunic instead of an Indomitable Champion's Helmet. These are GG coins I have been working to get for around a week now to complete my Indomitable Champion set. Gone to a crappy UI.
It doesn't matter if I click the item then click the "Buy" button or double click on the item and click "Buy" on the specified item that shows up. It will still magically sell me the wrong item.
This seriously needs to be fixed soon. I have sent a ticket, but thought it best to submit a thread in case they ignore my ticket(highly likely).
