GF: Weapon Enchants do not function with At-Will attacks

As per title. Weapon Enchants do not function at all when using our guarded at-wills (aggravating strike and shield bash).

    Yes...it doesnt work. Is this intended? I sure hope not....i am using lifedrinker, and it doesnt work.
