Can't transfer toon to preview shard

The copy character page is telling me I don't have any characters in Neverwinter (which obviously I do). No character names appear in the drop down menu. Was working fine a few days ago. I'm on Dragon server.

Checked the forum and this has been brought up before by people on Beholder, but the last mention of it was a couple of weeks ago with no response from deves so I don't know if that was resolved or if people just gave up complaining.

Anyone else having this issue?

    If anyone who reads this had the same problem on Beholder could you let us know what happened? Did they fix it with the next patch or is it ongoing over there too? Or if a dev would like to let us know that would be very helpful.

    This seems to be fixed when the shard went down and was rebooted. The old turn it off and on again. Instability ftw!
