Critical Teamwork no longer stacks?

Does anyone know if this still stacks? I can see two stacks under my bar when running with 2 Rogues (I'm a Cleric), my character sheet when I check shows that 10% of my Crit Rating is coming from Buffs, but the actual Crit Chance is only 5% higher than with no buffs...

    It never stacked... cause then we would have 3 TR 1CW 1 DC groups with 70+ crit chance.

    Right, so it's an error on the tooltip that shows it granting 10%~

    I'm sure it used to stack a while back though... Then again, I would've just assumed the tooltip was accurate, which it obviously isn't.
