Anyone else having trouble with the shops selling them the wrong thing?

Anyone else having trouble with the shops selling them the wrong thing?
In the shops, if you look closely you can see one item is highlighted with a lighter border.
Let's say the injury kits are highlighted but I double click on potions of major healing.
The window pops up and asks me how many potions of major healing I want. I select how many lets say 20 and then hit OK.
I then get 20 injury kits in my inventory and the cost of injury kits taken out of my pocket.
Yes, if I remember and I'm careful I can make sure to get the right thing by clicking slowly enough times to get the heal pots highlighted before I double click but it is very frustrating as it is right now.
If you can't afford the highlighted item, you get nothing.
The same thing happens with the bounty vendors. If don't realize the seal is highlighted and then double click on the bounty bag. I get a pop up asking me if I'm sure I want to buy the bounty bag. I then get nothing cause I fortunately don't have the bounties for the seal.
