Fix PVP again...

Award no credit for participation unless you are in pvp until the end. As it stands 20% of every PvP group I join via the queue has 2-3 members drop as soon as they die 3 times so they can get credit for the dailies. Since only the dailies really matter at 60 (everyone already has all of the pvp gear or better and how many dancing swords can you use?), there is no incentive for people not to drop after 3 deaths, cause they get credit towards the dailies...
