Clarification about ZEN market purchases

Having recently worked to create a enough ZEN for my daughter to get a tiger...Here is a clarification about how it went and what we've noticed.

We used ZEN for a Tiger for her primary character, no issue. We found that it DOES exist on her secondary account in the ZEN store (upon returning with secondary character, tiger is now marked "free" for secondary character).

What we don't know is, if that character is deleted, and re-created after claiming (removing from the ZEN market) if she will get that again. Also not sure about purchasing additional character slots after the fact, or if that is only "the character slots at time if ZEN market purchase."

Hope that helps others wanting/waiting on ZEN market purchases. I know someone else mentioned it is valid as long as it is not "removed" from the ZEN market. I'm not totally clear what that means, but I'm assuming that it is what I mentioned above. It is included "once" per character slot, per account, at time of ZEN purchase. However, once removed the first time, it is no longer valid for that slot.

So, in my own words, if character takes the item (mount, etc) from the ZEN market THEN is deleted and re-created, the ZEN market purchase would no longer be available to the second character (i.e. a second time to the second slot). Can anyone verify that?

    The character that is "re-created" is actually a wholly new character - even if you use the same exact name and appearance, they are not the same character. Those mounts should be re-claimable via the Zen store - they are bound to the character once you claim them, but if you delete the item, you should be able to claim it again.

    Mounts purchased in the zen store can be claimed on any character on that account. That includes any characters you might create in the future.

    To be clear
    #1 character buys mount with Zen and uses it in slot 6

    Log in with my #2 character
    Can the #2 character go to then Zen store and grab the mount or does the #1 character need to remove mount from the 6 slot first ?

    Usually I would try it myself but it could be one costly investigation

    Every character on the account will be able to claim the mount and have their own copy.
