Quest Name: Challenge of the gods
Quest Short Code: W.I.P.
Quest type: Story and Puzzle
Additional: There will be a story only later
Content Type: W.I.P.
ERT: W.I.P. (60+ )
Map count: 4 (W.I.P.) (3 outdoor, 1 indoor)

Quest Description: (Story is a w.i.p.)
Rumours say that every 100 years the gods are holding a challenge for the strongest warriors around. But none lives to tell if this is true, no one claimed the title of "Supreme Warrior" for decades. These rumours also state that those who will try and fail will be forgotten and will perish.

A known fact is that once the year of the challenge of the gods is up on us. Monsters appear on mountain <insert name here>. Because of this warriors from all over the Neverwinter try to walk up the mountain to see what is there. But none of these brave warriors have returned.

After the year of the challenge is over, a scout party is sent to investigate the top of the mountain. The investigation always turns out the same. There is nothing there.

So now we are looking to find the strongest of the strongest, the bravest of the bravest, the smartest of the smartest to take a look up the hill, while the year of the challenge is on-going.

Quest storylines are linier and only use and logic not or logic. If you want to do what you propose you will need to break out of the story tab objectives and build everything manually. You can start and end the stories using story objectives. The problem with this technique is that it requires the player to read, and I swear only 5% of players want to do that. Mileage may vary but that's my two copper.

Map transitions have to be part of the story, so in order to do the first one you would need to have a giant empty map that you divide into quarters and custom build the different elemental feels (Which would be a lot of work) with teleporters between them all (Or at least to a hub somewhere). But to give the choice, all one map. Also story wise you would have to have all 4 separate crystals be one objective, couldn't have any in between getting the first and getting the last. It would be a pretty cool map though.
NW-DPTTECLTF - Cindy Jones and the Holy Stein. A simple but hopefully entertaining foray into the world of Foundry.

    Updated.

mee2002 & celantra thanks for the feedback.
Story line will be this way now:
Outside map (as seen in picture)
    Teleport to inside map.
With multiple chambers, will be a big puzzle with heights cause the chambers I already got fill up the map so have to make the others higher I guess.
And then fighting the end boss or something like that.

Hey Daniel, sounds good, there is quite a bit of interest for puzzle quests I think.

One tip I would give you is to be careful with your spelling and grammar. I know it sounds trivial but sometimes it's enough to put some people off playing your quest.
Every year again a scout party is sended up after the challange time of one year has passed

Just as an example in that phrase 'sended' should be 'sent'. I don't think you need the word 'again' in the sentence but I dont think that one is too important to worry about.

    It's also challenge not challange.

If you are unsure about stuff just post a thread in here and ask someone to check some sentences for spelling or grammar mistakes, I think quite a few people would be more than happy to proof read for you.

Sorry if I sound like an English teacher but to give your quest a better chance of being noticed you may need to watch for these details.

Good luck with your first quest :)

Thanks, will be more carefull watching my grammar. I rarely write English. Even though I will have to in six months. (going to Denmark to study). So every single piece of feedback is welcome.

I will change it right away.

Is there a way to delete a post. Cause I want to make a new one (so my idea of my campaign is locked into place). (But don't like double posting)
